Here's what a few of our client agencies have to say about using eVAC's.
Saved Over $6,000!
“Our team and victims have benefited greatly since we switched to eVAC cards. Both our advocates and victims appreciate the convenience of having this information to share and view digitally. Additionally, this past year we saved over $6,000 in print, postage and materials costs.”
- Dolores poepPel | Director-victim services unit-colorado state patrol
These Should Be The Norm For All Police Departments
“I believe the digital cards for Victim Assistance and Peer Support units should be the norm for all police departments. Barry and team has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Their foresight is incredible and follow through is top notch. Barry’s ability to meld technology with police work is astounding, and the price point is extremely reasonable.
Even if you have a technology support team, I recommend you use Visible Digital Solutions and save your team the hassle and headaches. Use Barry and VDS to bring your ideas to life as fast as you can get him the information.”
-CHIEF JEFF MARTINEZ | SHERIDAN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Officers/Deputies Love It
“The eVAC card has been a game changer for our department. It gives victims immediate access to resources and ensures they always have our contact information at their fingertips. It’s simple, effective, and has strengthened our communication and connection with the people we serve.
Additionally, when we rolled this out to all of our 100 plus officers recently, we didn't hear one negative thing about going digital and we are now exploring some other ways we can digitize some of what they use."
- kim messina | Brighton office for victim assistance
Eliminates Waste and Ensures Victims Receive the Care and Support they are Entitled To. . .
"Contacting VDS for their eVAC product was one of the first connections I made as we formed the Keenesburg Police Department. We are a small, mostly rural police department with limited resources. We implemented eVAC to ensure that officers always have the most current information available to share. We don't have the fiscal resources to print new forms every time there is a change and then make sure the older, out of date forms are retrieved from all their locations. eVAC eliminates waste and ensures that victims in Keenesburg are receiving the care and support they are entitled to--not just because it's the law, but because it's the right thing to do. eVAC makes our police department more efficient and gives me peace of mind knowing that every victim has access to the most current and correct resources in their time of crisis."
- JIMMY JENSON - CHIEF | KEENESBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT
